Girlfriend is clearly depressed but wont go to the doctors or get help not sure what to do? i told her I want to help her get help and can go to appointments with her but she wont budge so ive told her she needs to or else im going to have to tell her mum about all of this. Really could use advice

Nissan pixo starts like this 15% of the time and sometimes cuts out after it shakes like that but starts up fine after, also i feel like it didnt used to sound like this idle either sounds like a clicking sound, these cars are shakey idle normally though, guessing get it looked at? Maybe a/c belt?
